Amazing Places and Scrumptious Dining

Nestled in the North Pennine National Park Mini Moon is perfectly located to explore the beauty of this wild, rugged part of County Durham, Northumberland and Cumbria. You can visit The Roman Wall, Beamish, The Auckland Project Durham Cathedral but remember we are only an hours drive from the Northumberland coast and the Lake District.

You're also spoilt for choice when it comes to places to eat too. It's just a 5 min drive to Eastgate is the Cross Keys. A short 15 mins drive away is the lovely Black Bull in Frosterley which serves amazing food. For a bit  of posh nosh try the Lord Crew Arms Blanchland or maybe you just want good Old Fish and Chips at Stanhope.
